The Moroccan Investment Development Agency, in collaboration with the Moroccan Aerospace industrial group (GIMAS), is participating in the show for the first time. A delegation, led by Ahmed Reda Chami, the Moroccan minister of trade, industry and new technologies, and a team of officials from Moroccan public institutions and representatives from GIMAS are promoting foreign investment in Morocco, mainly within the aeronautics sector. Ahmed Reda Chami is addressing an audience in Hall 1A today, to discuss the country's potential within the aviation sector, and meeting with potential investors. The aeronautics sector has seen strong growth in Morocco, particularly as part of the implementation of the national agreement on industrial development which has made aeronautics a priority sector for growth and investment.
