Six new products and concepts for aircraft cabins scooped Crystal Cabin Awards this week, and the winners were on parade at the show yesterday. C&D Zodiac won in the Greener Cabin, Health and Safety category with its Sidewall & Lining System, and also in the Premium Class Products category with the C3 Ultralounge concept, while B/E Aerospace and Teague were recognised in the Industrial Design & Technical Concepts category for their Essence Inserts Collection. Coming out on top in the Material and Components category was TTF Aerospace with TSkin. Lufthansa Systems triumphed in Passenger Comfort with its BoardConnect wireless infotainment solution, and Almadesign took the Visionary Concepts prize.
