UK-based machine manufacturer Group Rhodes has won a $3 million contract with Chinese aerospace supplier Xinhang Aeronautical Machinery.
Group Rhodes makes machines for a range of sectors including waste, automotive, and oil and gas, and Xinhang is a second-tier supplier to the aerospace industry.
Xinhang, based in the suburbs of Beijing, is part of the Aviation Industries of China, which focuses on large and medium-sized aircraft. Group Rhodes is a preferred supplier of superplastic forming presses.
Group Rhodes exports to 30 countries including India, Japan, Egypt and the USA.
