Maintenance firm SR Technics has signed a training services agreement with Airbus under which it will offer a range of training services for the airframer's customer base.
SR Technics says the contract means it can provide courses, taught by a combined team of its own personnel and those from Airbus, which meet the manufacturer's maintenance standards.
"Customers will benefit from a wider range and more local access to training centres," adds SR Technics.
It states that, to improve efficiency, instructors will make use of computer-based teaching to reduce the quantity of practical training on aircraft.
